Meet the owners James
M. Olson Jim is President
and Secretery/Treasurer and owns majority interest
in the firm. He has been a funeral director with
the funeral home since October 1, 1999.
He is a native of
Wisconsin but had been living in Connecticut and
the East Coast for the past 10 years. He studied
music at U.W.- Stevens Point before moving to New
York where he studied at the Westchester
Conservatory of Music. Jim was a Music Director for
8 years during which time he attended Southern
Connecticut State University where he received a
Bachelors of Science degree in 1996. He then
attended Briarwood College where he received his
degree in Mortuary Science in 1998. Jim sang
professionally with the Connecticut Grand Opera and
Orchestra and The Mendelssohn Choir of Connecticut
and made his Carnegie Hall debut on Easter Sunday
1999. Jim enjoys sailing and is also an active
member of the Sheboygan Yacht Club where he served
as the Membership Secretary. He is an active member
of Grace Episcopal Church where he served as the
Senior Warden and is a member of choir. He also
enjoys skiing, collecting antiques, playing the
piano and organ, and spending time with his niece
and nephews, Marissa, Benjamin, and Noah, and his
Jindo and Miniature Schnauzer, Lobo and Trouble.
Jim and his partner, Clint, are currently restoring
thier 1894 Victorian home in Manitowoc.

James Chuck
Bartel Chuck is Vice President and has
a minority interest in the firm. Chuck has been
licensed since 1989 after graduating from Milwaukee
Area Technical College. In 1998, Chuck became
licensed as an insurance intermediary (life
insurance agent) and an agent for burial trust
agreements. Chuck became interested in the internet
and developed the website you are currently
visiting. He has a few other websites that he works
on in his spare time. Chuck was married in 2003 to
his wife Jennifer and together with their girls
Trina and Elizabeth, they are renovating their 100
year old home. Chuck's community involvement
includes memberships in the Kiwanis Club of
Lakeshore-Sunrise Sheboygan, where he is the
current treasurer, St. John's United Church of
Christ, and Sheboygan Elk's Lodge #299. Chuck
enjoys fishing, hunting and his wife's teacup

Hans Graf Hans is our newest funeral director and has been with the funeral home since November 1, 2002. Hans holds a B.A. in Art History from Tufts University in Medford Massachusetts. He studied architecture at the School of Architecture and Urban Planning at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, and ran his own contracting firm for 10 years building and remodeling homes. He recently graduated from Worsham College of Mortuary Science in Wheeling, IL with an associate's degree in mortuary science. Hans is an active member of the Sheboygan Yacht Club, and has a passion for sailing, competing aboard boats up to 70 feet long in 11 Chicago to Mackinac, and 9 Port Huron to Mackinac races, as well as 6 Lightning North American Championships all over the U.S., and Canada. Hans was the event Chairman for the 2005 Lightning North American Championships that was be held at the Sheboygan Yacht Club in August of 2005. He sings in the Choir at Grace Episcopal Church directed by Dr. Benjanmin Dobbe, and enjoys playing the piano, and hunting mushrooms. Hans enjoys a close relationship with his father, Dr. Christopher Graf, and his brothers, sisters, neice, and nephews. Email Hans Dennis Nelson Dennis is a funeral director and has been with the funeral home since 1996. He attended Milwaukee Area Technical College and graduated in 1993. Dennis enjoys spending time with his two children, his granddaughter, and in his free time you are likely to find him snowmobiling, hunting and attending Drum and Bugle Corps performances. Selwa Perry Selwa is a preaarangement counselor who specializes in working with families to create the funeral for their loved one that is meaningful to them. Selwa was recently awarded the Certified Preplanning Consultant designation by the National Funeral Directors Association.
